1. Using this website

These terms cover your use of Deltarune Fight Simulator, including its pages, guides and embedded games. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. This is an independent fan resource, not an official DELTARUNE or UNDERTALE service.

The website is deltarunefightsimulator.com. No site account, payment or subscription is required to use its current features. If you need a parent or guardian’s permission under applicable law, obtain it before using the site or sending personal information.

2. Independent fan projects and ownership

DELTARUNE, UNDERTALE and their characters, artwork, music and other original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Featured fan projects belong to their respective creators, subject to the rights in any underlying materials. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Toby Fox or the official game teams.

Embedding or linking to a project does not transfer ownership to us or grant you permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit its content. Any use beyond playing the available project must comply with applicable law and the relevant creator’s permissions or license. See About for project credits and original sources.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s work. Do not:

• Attempt to compromise the site, bypass access restrictions or disrupt its availability.
• Send malicious files, spam, threats or deceptive support or ownership claims.
• Use automated requests in a way that interferes with the site or its providers.
• Use the site to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect the service or comply with applicable law.

4. Third-party games and services

Scratch-based games are embedded through TurboWarp, and Bad Time Simulator is served from its author’s GitHub Pages build. Their availability, features and behavior depend on services outside our control. Third-party terms and licenses may also apply when you use those services or follow external links.

We may update guides, replace links or remove a game when needed. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, a particular difficulty level or that a project will remain available in its current form.

5. Game progress and technical limitations

Saving works differently in each game. Some battles restart each attempt, while some projects offer an export or save option. The site does not provide a shared account, cross-device sync or backup service.

Before reloading a player, closing a tab or clearing browser data, use any save or export option the project provides. We cannot recover lost progress or guarantee the behavior of saves held by a third-party game. Game instructions are guidance and may need updating when a creator changes a project.

6. Corrections and rights-holder requests

Report inaccurate instructions, missing credits or concerns about an embedded project to support@deltarunefightsimulator.com. Creators and rights holders should identify the affected page, original work, their relationship to it and the action requested. The Contact page explains what to include. We may request clarification to assess a report.

7. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its guides are provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for choosing appropriate games, following device instructions and protecting your own save files.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, changes to embedded games, browser incompatibility or lost game progress. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer protections.

8. Privacy, updates and contact

Our Privacy Policy describes site connections, third-party services and email correspondence. We may revise these terms as the site changes and will update the date on this page. Review the terms when returning to use the site.
