Report a game or website issue

Use a subject such as “Game issue — Jevil Fight Simulator” and include:

• The game name and the URL of the page where the problem occurs.
• Your device, browser and whether you are using a keyboard or touch controls.
• What you expected, what happened and the steps that reproduce the problem.
• The error text or a screenshot, with personal information removed.

Check the game’s startup instructions and click inside the player before using the keyboard. If you reload, save or export your progress first when the game supports it. We cannot recover a lost save or change the code of a third-party game.

Send a correction or suggestion

For a guide correction, tell us which section needs updating and what you observed in the game. To suggest a fan project, include its original public project URL and creator name. Sending a suggestion does not guarantee that it will be added.

Creator, copyright and removal requests

If you created a featured project or represent a rights holder, email us with the subject “Creator request” or “Copyright request”. Please include:

• The affected page URL and a description of the material concerned.
• A link to the original work and an explanation of your relationship to it.
• The correction or action you are requesting, and an address where we can reply.

We may ask for more information to understand or verify a request. This address is a direct contact channel for site issues; it is not support for Toby Fox, Scratch, TurboWarp or GitHub.

Privacy questions and requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” for questions about information you have shared with us. Describe your request without sending passwords, payment details, identity documents or private game save files. See the Privacy Policy for how site visits and email correspondence are handled.

We cannot promise a specific response time or resolve outages on another provider’s service. Clear details help us assess your message and respond where appropriate.
